A Chapter of the International MOMS Club(R)
A Support Group
The purpose of our group is to give you, the at-home mother, a chance to get you and the kiddos out of the house (those dishes and chores can wait!!) to meet with other moms where you can have an "adult" conversation while the kiddos run out some of their energy in a safe and fun environment. We meet at each other's homes, out at parks, splash pads, library times, museums, the zoo, etc. Once a month we even sneak out the back door (alone!) and have a "Mother's Night Out (MNO)!" We never post our activity locations, times or member's information out in the public domain, for the safety of our kiddos as well as our mothers! Interested to know more? Contact us through the site or email our Membership VP directly!
MOMS Club(R) History
The MOMS Club(R) began in 1983 when Mary James, an at-home mother in California, decided she was tired of being alone at home. She wanted to meet other at-home mothers and she wanted to find other at-home children for her children to play with. When she discovered there were no other organizations that met during the day and allowed her to come with her baby and preschooler, she decided to start a brand new organization just for at-home mothers, and the MOMS Club(R) was born.
The chapter she started was so successful, she knew mothers in other areas must be needing the MOMS Club(R), too. Soon she and other volunteers were helping mothers start MOMS Clubs(R) across the country and around the world!
You need a support group that understand your special needs as an at-home mother and we're it! We are the first, largest and fastest growing support group specifically for ALL at-home mothers.
Who is the International MOMS Club(R)?
Bring the Kiddos!
We believe being a mother shouldn't isolate you, so mothers may bring their children with them to all meetings!
All Ages Welcome!
At-home mothers of any age children are welcome. You don't have to leave the group when your children enter school! We know you still need support as your children grow.
